The Nashville Farmers’ Market hosts FREE seasonal cooking demonstrations featuring community chefs, cooks and farmers on the first and third Saturday each month at 11 am. Attendees will meet the instructor(s) and participating farmers, learn how to utilize seasonal market ingredients to prepare delicious recipes throughout a 15 – 20 minute demo, sample and ask questions. Seating is limited and attendees are encouraged to arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior. Registration is not required.
The Market Kitchen cooking demonstrations will be located inside the Market House December – March and in the Market Shed area April – November.
