Giving time and helping our fellow citizens is so important. If you are blessed, give. If you need to connect more deeply with the community for a cause to uplift your fellow man, give time. Bring your kids. Some of my best memories from my childhood were helping in shelters serving. Not just on holidays but just because it’s a Tuesday.

The minimum volunteer age is 10 years old, and volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Nashville Rescue Mission does NOT participate in community service programs that are court ordered, or mandatory on the basis of receiving public housing, and/or food assistance benefits.
